  • 26% of renewals remain for those who were enrolled prior to Unwinding; 23% were disenrolled and 51% had their coverage renewed.
  • Disenrollment rates vary from 13% (ME & NC) to 56% (UT).
  • 69% of all disenrollments were due to procedural reasons. Procedural disenrollment rates vary from 23% (ME) to 92% (NV & UT).
