The National Indian Health Board (NIHB) is requesting proposals for a funding opportunity that will support Tribal health programs that address Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. Applicants must partner with another Tribal or Indian Health Service program (e.g. diabetes program, mental health program, etc.) that also serves this population. NIHB anticipates funding up to 12 high-quality proposals from Tribes or Tribal Health Organizations for up to $15,000 each. Applicants must also choose one or more Road Map for Indian Country strategies to address using these funds. The application deadline is Friday, August 13th, 2021, at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.
